What kind of extras can I expect?
That depends on the property, but typically includes room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, early check-in and late check-outs — none of which are available through standard booking channels.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll be in touch to arrange your complimentary consultation call. This is an unhurried conversation where we get to know you – your travel style, your wishlist, and what the perfect trip looks like to you.
From there, we get to work crafting a bespoke proposal tailored specifically to you, which we’ll present and refine together until every detail feels exactly right.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
That said, we’re experienced at creating exceptional last-minute journeys too – so don’t hesitate to reach out whatever your timeframe.
How much will my trip cost?
You pay the same as you would booking directly. Our access to exclusive rates and extras comes at no additional cost to you.
Is this just for leisure travel?
